Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Customer Service role primary responsibility is to provide outstanding IT customer support for all corporate users. This position is responsible for all inquiries from start to finish (Remote phone support is core to this role). Strong communication skills will be crucial as this position will answer inbound phone calls, emails, and management of incidents/ tasks.
Years of Experience: 5 years & above

Mandatory Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013/16/365 Suite and higher.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating System (Windows 7/
Windows10). Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory
Demonstrated proficiency with desktops, laptops, iPad's, iPhones, Androids, and Blackberry handheld devices
Strong verbal communication and written documentation skills
Proven experience troubleshooting network and PC hardware and software in a mixed Windows network environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Good attitude, positive, and willing to learn
Position-specific Technical Requirements:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013/16/365 Suite and higher
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating System (Windows 7/ Windows10) Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory
Demonstrated proficiency with desktops, laptops, iPad's, iPhones, Androids and Blackberry handheld devices
SCCM experience preferred but not required
Proven ability to complete tasks independently and under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to communicate with individuals of various levels of technical knowledge
Good attitude, positive, and willing to learn
Knowledge and Experience:
Relevant college degree and MS Professional/ or equivalent
MCSE certification preferred
ITIL certification preferred Mindtree limited 2017 Page 2 of 2
2+ years of progressive relevant experience in a corporate LAN environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be willing to interact with members of the business and communicate effectively with IT Department
Excellent phone & email etiquette.
Strong problem solving and research skills.
