Job Description

L1 IT helpdesk support users based in Noida india.
Resources should be fluent in Japanese language.
24X7 Support window.
Minimum contract period 6 Months.
Preferred delivery location will be Noida, but other locations will also be acceptable.
Total open positions 4-5.
Delivery timeline-Immediate.
Budget- Yet to decide.
Some knowledge of laptop is also required.

Customer will also give training of a month or so. On how to get easily connected with the system.

There is also requirement of fluent in Japanese language.
