This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located at Noida, Sector 16. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing potential candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements. Additionally, the role involves developing employer branding strategies, managing recruitment channels, and ensuring adherence to company hiring protocols and objectives. Collaboration with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and improving the talent acquisition process will also be key components of this role.
