We are looking for an experienced Pega consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 10-20 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong technical background in Pega technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega applications to meet business requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business needs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10-20 years of experience in Pega technologies
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, Case Management, and Business Process Management
• Experience in designing and developing Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) version 7.x or higher
• Experience in working with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
