Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the premium building material segment
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and hardware suppliers
- Promote and sell UPVC doors & windows, hardware products, and related building materials
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Build a strong network within the construction and building materials industry
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the building materials sector
- Strong knowledge of UPVC doors & windows, hardware products, and construction materials
- Existing network or exposure to architects, builders, and premium building material clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
