We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as we are seeking a long-form/YouTube Video (Shorts, Reels) Editor who lives and breathes YouTube and can create highly engaging long-form content and deliver all assets needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to take raw content and create engaging, creative long-form content across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram)
- Liaise with the Post-Production Manager on video feedback and edits.
- Edit YouTube videos in line with video briefs supplied.
- Produce the content in line with brand guidelines.
- A solid understanding of video editing strategies employed on YouTube.
- Ability to work under pressure on several assets at the same time, whilst maintaining high-quality output.
We would like to meet someone who:
- Fully understands what it takes to create content for CalenStars and, most of all, lives and breathes social media, specifically YouTube.
- Is experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Basic Illustrator)
- Possesses Animation Skills (a bonus if so!)
- Has a very good level of content creation experience.
- Has a great work ethic and can lead video edits from start to finish.
- is fluent in English, with very good grammar and punctuation skills.
- Can demonstrate a portfolio of previous work.
