- Own and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including import, export, customs clearance and domestic transportation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of all logistics and trade documentation (shipping documents, invoices, packing list, Bill of Entry, LC documents)
- Act as the single point of accountability for documentation review prior to submission to customs, banks and customers.
- Lead coordination with suppliers/customers, freight forwarders, transporters to ensure on time and cost-effective deliveries.
- Vendor development, price negotiation and Material sourcing
- Liaise with banks for vendor payments, LC presentations and bank guarantees.
- Provide guidance and escalation support to internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Exposure in Movex & Sales Force will be an added advantage.

Postgraduate in commerce, engineering, logistics and trade from any reputed university/Institute with excellent communications skills.
