This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Specialist role located in Kozhikode. The Logistics Specialist will oversee daily operations related to supply chain and logistics management, manage export processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Key responsibilities also include liaising with clients and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing logistics data to optimize processes, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and satisfaction.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to manage client and supplier relationships effectively
• Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics processes
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and process improvement
• Experience or knowledge in handling export operations
• Proficiency with logistics software and tools is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
