Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Supply Chain Intern role based in Noida. The selected candidate will work closely with the supply chain team to analyze data, manage inventory, streamline operations, and optimize supply-related processes. Responsibilities will include assisting in supply chain management tasks, supporting operational workflows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of supply chain activities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Record and monitor the inward and outward movement of devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets).
• Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
• Track allocation and return of devices through inventory software.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain updated records.
• Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts) to prepare and analyze inventory data.
• Ensure safe handling, proper storage, and accountability of devices.
• Coordinate with teams (HR, IT, Admin) for device issuance, replacement, or requirements.
• Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Pursuing final year or holding a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
