Position : Logistics Manager
Location : Bengaluru, India
Function : PV Inverter Operations Division
Entity : Sungrow (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Employment Type : Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of Customs clearances knowledge in Imports/Exports.
- Specialised in Part truck /Full Truck load management for domestic shipments.
- Taking care of Warehouse management.
- Coordination with factory / HQ/ warehouse teams.
- Internal Warehouse to Warehouse material movement management.
- Maintain logistics cost details.
- Logistics vendor negotiation and cost optimisation
- DHL / Blue dart /DTDC /safe express management.
- FTWZ knowledge for trading activity.
- Communicate with the customer on the delivery requirements or quarries if any.
- Cross functional communication with OE and KAMs to ensure the on time pick up and deliveries arrangements.
- Maintaining damage cases data and claim the insurance from insurance companies.
- Processing the invoices of vendor for the logistics services to the finance department to release the payments.
- Execution of logistics activities and drive the documentation process from the point of PO to the point of delivery to end customer.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above business related major.
- 8- 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Excellent customer communication and good business sense.
- Able to self-drive, self-realization, coordination of various stake holders, good teamwork & communication skills.
- Preferably from similar experience in supply chain management.
- Ability to travel
