Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation across warehousing, last mile delivery and customer service.
- Own core metrics: on time delivery, order accuracy, Inventory accuracy.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of supervisors, team leads and frontline staff.
- Partner with supply chain, planning and procurement to remove bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with health safety, ISO etc as applicable.
- Implement and maintain WMS/ERP systems and operation dashboard
- Required Skills
- Proven track record of managing teams and operations with 100 MINR.
- Hands on experience on WMS, ERP
- Must be from Manufacturing industry.
- Data Driven: advanced Excel/experience building live dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred Industry experience MRO, Transport & Railway Parts Mfg. OEM or Supply Distribution company.
- Preferred Domain knowledge Good knowledge of the complete supply chain process
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate (MBA in SCM -will be an advantage)
