Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operation across warehousing, last mile delivery and customer service.
  • Own core metrics: on time delivery, order accuracy, Inventory accuracy.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of supervisors, team leads and frontline staff.
  • Partner with supply chain, planning and procurement to remove bottlenecks.
  • Ensure full compliance with health safety, ISO etc as applicable.
  • Implement and maintain WMS/ERP systems and operation dashboard

- Required Skills

  • Proven track record of managing teams and operations with 100 MINR.
  • Hands on experience on WMS, ERP
  • Must be from Manufacturing industry.
  • Data Driven: advanced Excel/experience building live dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred Industry experience MRO, Transport & Railway Parts Mfg. OEM or Supply Distribution company.
  • Preferred Domain knowledge Good knowledge of the complete supply chain process

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate (MBA in SCM -will be an advantage)
