This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Manager based in Trivandrum. The Logistics Manager will oversee the coordination and organization of the supply chain, supervise inventory management, ensure timely delivery of products, and improve overall efficiency. This role involves managing vendor relationships, analyzing logistical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Additionally, the individual will work closely with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and inventory management
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and transportation planning
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
