We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize all facets of our logistics and last-mile delivery operations for both B2C (e-commerce) and B2B (wholesale, institutional, and retail distribution). The role will be responsible for daily order movement, delivery performance, shipment accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and logistics partner coordination.
Daily Logistics & Fulfilment- Oversee end-to-end logistics for D2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely pickups, dispatch, and delivery.
- Track shipments daily across multiple courier and logistics platforms (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC).
- Ensure order tagging, courier allocation, weight reconciliation, and zone-wise cost efficiency.
- Monitor exceptions and delayed shipments and escalate/resolve with relevant courier POCs.
Last-Mile & Partner Coordination- Coordinate with last-mile delivery partners to optimize service levels (TAT, RTO %, delivery attempt %, customer feedback).
- Liaise with 3PL warehouses and in-house teams for accurate handoffs and stock reconciliation.
- Track NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and drive recovery actions to minimize RTOs.
Claims & Discrepancies- Raise and follow up on weight discrepancy claims and damaged/lost shipment claims with courier partners.
- Maintain documentation and audit logs required for insurance and settlement claims.
- Track and analyze claim success rates and partner accountability.
B2B Logistics- Coordinate with institutional and retail partners for bulk dispatches, transporter booking, invoicing, and documentation (e.g., e-way bills, LR).
- Monitor dispatch cycles, transit timelines, and delivery confirmation for key accounts and distributors.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting- Prepare daily and weekly dashboards on order volume, delivery status, cost per shipment, and exceptions.
- Analyze logistics cost structure and optimize for scale, pin code coverage, and serviceability.
- Provide actionable insights to internal teams for process improvements and SLA adherence.
Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Pickrr, or warehouse OMS/WMS systems.
- Strong understanding of courier TATs, delivery SLAs, reverse logistics, and freight cost structures.
- Excellent communication and partner management skills.
- High attention to detail, data orientation, and escalation management capability.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in managing both D2C and institutional logistics.
- Familiarity with RTO management, pincode feasibility, and insurance claim workflows.
