Job Location : Delhi NCR
To lead and govern end‑to‑end logistics operations across regions and warehouses by driving process excellence, digital adoption, statutory compliance, cost optimization, and people capability, while enabling reliable, scalable, and efficient downstream supply chain operations.
This role combines strategic oversight with strong on‑ground execution, and plays a critical role in standardizing and future‑proofing Havells logistics ecosystem.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Governance & Compliance
- Own and enforce single‑source Logistics SOPs across all locations.
- Drive statutory, safety, regulatory, E‑waybill, and warehouse compliance with zero tolerance for deviations.
- Lead warehouse audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action closures.
Operations & Service Excellence
- Supervise and optimize warehouse, transportation, reverse logistics, and customer service operations.
- Ensure robust controls across inventory, ageing, shortages, damages, returns, and liquidation.
- Strengthen service reliability through operational discipline and execution rigor.
Digital Enablement & Transformation
- Drive 100% adoption of logistics systems and digital workflows across warehouses and transport partners.
- Support logistics digital initiatives through UAT, test case design, rollout support, and user hand‑holding.
- Enable control‑tower visibility for performance, exceptions, and risk mitigation.
Financial & Commercial Stewardship
- Consolidate Logistics Capex / Opex requirements and develop business cases with ROI rationale.
- Deliver cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives without compromising service.
- Govern transporter contracts, renewals, billing accuracy, claims, penalties, and insurance recoveries.
People Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams across locations.
- Design and deploy training modules aligned with operational and organizational goals.
- Build strong ownership, accountability, and compliance culture on the ground.
Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular gap analysis across infrastructure, process flows, systems, and resource capability.
- Lead standardization, best‑practice adoption, and scalability initiatives across the network.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 15 years of experience in large‑scale logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations
- Exposure to multi‑location warehouses, distributor networks, and 3PL ecosystems
- Strong mix of process depth, digital orientation, and commercial acumen
- Proven people leader with strong stakeholder management skills
- High‑energy, execution‑led, detail‑oriented, and change‑driven professional
