Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and operational support for Witron automated logistics and material flow systems.
- Manage a team handling system implementations, daily technical support, and performance optimization across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, PLC engineers, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between automation and IT systems.
- Provide technical leadership during commissioning and ramp-up phases.
- Support effort estimations, RFI/RFP processes, and logistics automation projects.
Must-Have Skills
- Witron IT systems expertise (WMS, WCS, PLC integration)
- Automated warehouse/logistics systems experience
- ERP/WMS integration
- Database management (Oracle, SQL)
- Industrial communication protocols
Technical Experience
- Full lifecycle experience with Witron solutions (implementation, configuration, support)
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
- Knowledge of material handling equipment integration and PLC/SCADA communication
- Database management proficiency (Oracle/MS SQL)

Education
