Job Description
- Support the development of modeling, measurement, and process improvement techniques by combining operational concepts with quantitative analysis to deliver meaningful insights.
- Monitor all master file transactions to ensure compliance with project title transfer requirements and timely completion of IR/IF in line with Incoterms.
- Solve complex problems requiring creativity and independent judgment, with minimal supervision.
- Manage booking of domestic (USA) inventory as per allocation, coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics coordinators, and updating records in Matrix systems.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional skill networks to drive organizational growth and logistics initiatives.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including reconciliation reports, post month-end reports, and accruals.
- Maintain audit documentation and provide necessary support during audits.
- Review inventory bookings in Matrix systems to ensure timely processing and support on-time delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and managers to identify and implement effective logistics solutions.
- Generate and maintain reports related to logistics processes, including receipts and fulfillment analysis.
- Benchmark logistics activities using research and data analysis to drive best practices.
- Work closely with logistics and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with company values.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment handling and delivery.
- Track and maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
- Monitor inventory transactions and correct errors to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Perform inventory reconciliation across all locations as per NetSuite records.
- Track and manage sample shipments for engineering, marketing, and other departments.
- Monitor and reconcile all 3PL warehouse inventory transactions.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
