Responsibilities

• Order Management: Daily packaging and shipping of orders and maintaining order details on the platform and liase with customer support team for timely customer communication
• Shipping: Coordination with different shipping partners in order to find the best shipping option and managing this shipping from our warehouse or drop shipping from artist partners where required
• Supplier management: Finding suppliers for our packaging, for heritage DIY art kits and listing them on the website as well as for other products and collaborations when required. Overall inventory management for different suppliers products
• Artist Management: Coordination with artists for order fulfilment where required
• MIS and tracking: Keep all logsitics MISs and analytics updated to maintain our delivery timelines and TATs

Qualifications

• Familiarity with tech platforms like shopify, shiprocket and other logsitics partners platforms
• Detail oriented with a high focus on op
• Experience of 1-2 years in shipping and logistics in ecommerce
• Bachelor's Degree in logistics and operations or related field
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Great communicator (both written and verbal)
• Entrepreneurial with initiative and drive to have ownership on all tasks
• A passion to spread the Idea of India globally and in India to make a difference in the lives of artists and artisans
