Objective
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end spare parts transactions, logistics, and courier operations.
- Ensure recovery of defective NON-STPI spares from the field and maintain zero count for parts pending in the field for more than defined timelines.
Parts Management HP & Lenovo
- Ensure 100% parts release with DC completion for HP and Lenovo.
- Complete actual parts assignment for MA locations by 09:00 AM and NON-MA locations by 09:30 AM as per CET team allocation timelines.
- Ensure NON-STPI parts pending in the field for more than 15 days are maintained at zero.
- Share daily updates on field-pending parts with branch engineers, branch managers, and reporting managers.
- Ensure Lenovo parts inward entry is completed on the same day or within 24 hours by EOD.
- Ensure Lenovo parts outward movement is completed within 2 days after case closure.
- Maintain zero count for Lenovo parts pending in the field for more than 7 days.
Courier Operations Management
- Manage daily courier transactions and maintain a daily courier dispatch report.
- Track courier parcels end-to-end and ensure timely delivery.
- Validate monthly invoices submitted by courier vendors.
- Ensure courier vendors submit invoices on the VBM portal by the 7th of every month.
- Assist in identifying and onboarding local courier vendors when required.
- Maintain proper records of parcel transactions through system and manual logs.
Audit & Branch Operations
- Conduct self-audit of branch stock and project stock spares.
- Share audit reports with the reporting manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure effective spares management and adherence to branch hygiene standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with operations, engineers, vendors, and branch teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
