Logistics Executive (Imports & Supply Chain) - Delhi, Noida

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Executive Logistics (Imports & Supply Chain). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing import logistics, coordinating with vendors and freight forwarders, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations to support hotel operations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end import documentation and clearance processes.

* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery of materials.

* Monitor shipment status and maintain accurate logistics records.

* Manage inventory levels and support procurement and warehouse operations.

* Optimize supply chain efficiency while maintaining cost control and compliance with company policies.

* Ensure adherence to all import/export regulations and documentation requirements.

* Collaborate with internal departments for smooth material flow across locations.

* Desired Candidate Profile:

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

* 25 years of experience in import logistics and supply chain management (preferably in the hospitality industry).

* Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, documentation, and customs clearance.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office andERPsystems.
