The Executive Logistics is responsible for managing end-to-end shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods. The role involves freight rate negotiation, vessel and container booking, shipment tracking, documentation coordination, and MIS reporting while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate ocean freight rates and arrange quotations
- Book vessels and containers; monitor stuffing, lift-on/lift-off activities
- Track shipments from origin to final destination
- Coordinate with operations team, CHA, forwarders, vendors, and third-party agencies
- Manage export documentation and follow up on D.O. release
- Monitor freight, transportation invoices, and local charges
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Handle troubleshooting and ad-hoc logistics requirements
- Maintain logistics documentation, records, and SOPs

- External: Customers, suppliers, CHA, forwarders, and service providers
