Job Summary

Logistics Executive to join our team in Chennai for a
US-based logistics client. This full-time role is ideal for dynamic individuals who are looking to build a strong career in the
logistics and supply chain industry. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for supporting logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between global operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries from across the globe, accurately document call inquiries, and communicate the information to the appropriate operations teams worldwide.
- Follow up on existing inquiries daily and work closely with operations and shipping teams to ensure shipping transactions are executed as planned.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation related to logistics operations and customer communications.
- Provide customer support and coordination across different global teams to ensure efficient logistics processes.
- Learn and adhere to logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to global operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support logistics and supply chain activities effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong documentation, communication, and operational skills.
- Willingness to learn logistics SOPs and global operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience working with TMS, WMS, or CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain, Cross-Border Trade, or Customs Regulations is preferred.
