Role: Logistics Executive (Cold Chain)

BioMed Spedition delivers validated, temperature-controlled transport for life sciences, healthcare, and research. We standardise pack-outs, pre-clear documents, and use real-time monitoring so critical materials arrive within band and on time.
What you'll do
- Pick up and deliver biological samples, medicines, reagents, and supplies between hospitals, labs, and airports.
- Maintain required temperature bands during transit: 20 C, +2 to +8 C, and ambient, using approved packaging.
- Follow SOPs for documentation, labeling, temperature checks, and delivery verification.
- Use the company app to scan, track, and update shipment status in real time.
- Perform pre-dispatch checks on packaging, PCM/ice packs, and monitoring devices.
- Coordinate with dispatch/customer support for scheduling, rerouting, and exceptions.
- Handle time-critical deliveries with calm, accurate execution.
Must-haves
- Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred).
- Valid driving licence (two-wheeler or LMV).
- Basic smartphone and computer skills (scanning, data entry, email/Excel).
- Professional behavior, clear communication, punctual and reliable.
- Physically fit; comfortable with field travel and handling packages 1015 kg.
Good to have
- Prior logistics/delivery experience (healthcare/pharma a plus).
- Basic awareness of cold chain handling (training provided).
Shifts & work pattern
- Shift-based as per delivery schedule; may include early morning, late night, and weekends.
- Overtime/critical runs as per SOP and approval.
Growth path (1218 months, performance-based)
- Logistics Team Leader Logistics Supervisor (routing, team training, client coordination; audited cold-chain SOP adherence).
