Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Executive, located in Lucknow. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, overseeing the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring an efficient logistics workflow to optimize operational performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory tools.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong Customer Service and Written Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in Food/Nutraceutical Ingredients, FMCG, or e-commerce logistics will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations for timely dispatch and delivery of food ingredients PAN India from 7+ warehouses across India.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movements from the Lucknow warehouse and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Liaise with transport vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective transportation.
• Track and manage delivery schedules, vehicle planning, and utilization.
• Ensure real-time updates on order status and address any delivery-related issues or escalations promptly.
• Support the warehouse team in maintaining inventory accuracy and order packing.
• Maintain daily MIS reports, delivery logs, and reconciliation of dispatched vs. received goods.
• Ensure compliance with logistics SOPs, safety standards, and documentation protocols.
• Assist in vendor onboarding and management for local logistics and transport services.
• Contribute to identifying cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities in logistics operations.
