Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will manage the daily operations of transporting goods, schedule shipments, liaise with carriers and clients to address logistics needs, and ensure timely delivery of freight. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining logistics schedules, resolving transportation issues, optimizing routes, and providing a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in logistics operations, freight coordination, and transportation planning
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and carriers
• Proficiency in using software tools for logistics, such as transportation management systems (TMS)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with cross-border logistics within North America is an advantage
• Experience in a freight forwarding or logistics environment is a plus
