Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Supply Chain Management: Assist in coordinating vendor communications, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials.
- Material Testing: Support quality checks by conducting basic material inspections, documenting test results, and reporting any defects or non-conformities.
- Delivery Coordination: Manage delivery schedules, prepare shipment documents, and liaise with logistics partners to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Dispatch Operations: Oversee dispatch processes, including packing, labelling, loading/unloading, and maintaining dispatch records for accuracy.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily/weekly reports on inventory status, delivery metrics, and operational efficiency using basic tools like Excel.
