Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
US Healthcare Locum Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in end-to-end locum tenens recruitment and a passion for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified locum tenens physicians and advanced practitioners (NPs, PAs, CRNAs, etc.) for assignments across the US
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, prescreening, coordinating interviews, compliance, and onboarding
- Work closely with credentialing and account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and placement
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality healthcare professionals
- Maintain candidate and job activity in the ATS and ensure data accuracy
- Develop long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of experience in US Locum Tenens recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare staffing process, especially locum-specific compliance and credentialing
- Experience using major job boards like CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, Doximity, NALTO, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using ATS/CRM tools
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
