Job Title: Location Management Specialist - Fabpiks Vending Machines
Job Overview:
The Vending Machine Location Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-traffic, profitable locations for vending machines. This role involves conducting market research, negotiating with property owners, and ensuring optimal placement to maximize revenue. Involves traveling within Delhi NCR and Pan India.
Locations: On Site, Sector 65, Gurgaon
Shift: 10AM-6.30PM (Mon-Fri)
Position - 1
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct demographic analysis to identify potential high-traffic areas.
- Analyze foot traffic patterns, competition, and consumer behavior in various locations.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess the profitability of potential locations.
Location Scouting:
- Visit and inspect potential locations such as large office buildings, corporate parks, IT/ITES Parks, universities etc.
- Identify areas within location where vending machines can meet consumer and brand needs.
- Assess the accessibility, security, and visibility of proposed locations.
Negotiation & Relationship Management:
- Negotiate placement agreements with facility managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with site owners to secure long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to finalize agreements.
Financial Assessment:
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses for each potential site.
- Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) based on foot traffic and expected sales.
- Monitor the performance of vending machines in secured locations and recommend relocations if necessary.
Compliance & Permits:
- Ensure all placements comply with local regulations and zoning laws.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for vending machine installation.
Reporting & Optimization:
- Provide regular reports on location performance and market trends.
- Recommend strategies for expansion, optimizing machine placement and increasing revenue.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
Skills:
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the vending machine industry and trends is a plus.
Added Advantage, if Experience in below:
- 1+ years of experience in a related field such as real estate, business development, or market research.
- Experience in scouting & securing profitable locations for retail, kiosks, or vending machines.
