Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed home loan sales targets.
  • Drive consistent business growth by identifying high-potential regions and market segments.

2. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/relationship managers.
  • Monitor and guide team performance through regular reviews and feedback.
  • Set clear targets and provide motivation to achieve individual and team KPIs.

3. Market Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through tie-ups with builders, real estate agents, DSA partners, and connectors.
  • Organize promotional campaigns and participate in real estate expos or roadshows to boost visibility and lead generation.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Address customer queries, coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution, and manage client escalations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduation (any discipline) is mandatory
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in home loan or mortgage sales, with hands-on experience in team leadership
  • Proven ability to handle large sales teams and work under performance-driven environments
