Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Relationship Manager in the Wealth Management industry. The role is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing strategic financial advisory services. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large client portfolios, investment planning, and delivering a superior client experience.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, ensuring high levels of trust, satisfaction, and retention
- Understand client financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions across mutual funds, PMS, insurance, and other financial products
- Manage and grow client portfolios with a focus on increasing AUM and revenue generation
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and proactively advise clients based on market trends
- Drive client acquisition through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives
- Oversee client onboarding, documentation, compliance, and end-to-end relationship lifecycle
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives
- Maintain strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams, product specialists, and leadership for seamless service delivery
- Prepare and present detailed reports on portfolio performance, revenue, and client insights to senior management
Required Skills

- In-depth knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, etc.)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- MBA or equivalent
- NISM VA certification preferred, NISM XIII added advantage
Experience
- 5–12 years of experience in Wealth Management / Financial Services / Banking
- Proven experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients
- Strong track record of revenue generation and AUM growth
- Experience in managing client portfolios and investment advisory
- Prior experience in client acquisition and business development
