Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Localisation Project Manager role based in Kolkata. The Localisation Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of localisation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams, managing translation and localisation processes, coordinating resources, and ensuring that content is culturally relevant and accurate. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Translation and Globalization, with an understanding of cultural nuances and language adaptation processes
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients
• Experience in Project Management, including resource coordination, scheduling, and ensuring timely project delivery
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices to uphold standards in localisation and content adaptation
• Familiarity with industry tools and software for localisation and project management
• An innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in media, content creation, or language services is a plus
• Educational background in Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, or a related field
