Loan Syndication & reconciliation Analyst

Job purpose We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join the IORS division. You will be supporting one of Acuity's buy-side clients, on bank loan and CLO operations.

Key responsibilities Bank Loan Operations (P&I Cash Reconciliation)

Perform daily Principal & Interest (P&I) cash reconciliation for bank loan portfolios.

Investigate and resolve cash breaks, mismatches, and settlement discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal teams, agents, custodians, and counterparties to resolve cash-related issues.

Validate loan-level cash flows, including interest payments, amortizations, paydowns, fees, and rate resets.

Monitor and reconcile trade settlements, ensuring accurate reflection in internal systems. Ensure completeness and accuracy of bank loan data, including CUSIP/identifier details, terms, and contract attributes.

Support month-end activities including cash variance analysis and internal reporting. Monitor and ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

Job Description

Review and interpret CLO compliance reports, including coverage tests, collateral quality tests, and concentration limits.

Validate data inputs required for CLO tests (principal balances, ratings, industry classifications, seniority, etc.).

Identify breaches, exceptions, or unusual movements and escalate appropriately. Perform periodic reconciliations between trustee reporting, internal systems, and portfolio manager expectations.

Maintain documentation and audit trails for compliance checks and exceptions. Key competencies
