Ltd., India's leading loan distribution company, is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage a sales team, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves sourcing loan business, building customer relationships, handling channel partners, and leading a team of sales executives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Telecallers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate business for Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, brokers, and referral partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and training.
Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to management.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
