Key Responsibilities:-

1.)Student Financing & Counselling

1. Act as the primary point of contact for students seeking financial assistance.
2. Guide students through available financing options (NBFC loans, bank loans, EMI

plans, scholarships, etc.).

3. Provide personalised counselling to help students choose the most suitable financing

solution based on eligibility and affordability.

2.)Documentation & Processing

1. Collect and verify all necessary loan documentation from students and co-applicants.
2. Ensure completeness and correctness of documents as per partner requirements.
3. Maintain proper records and trackers for all loan applications.

3.)Financial Partner Coordination

1. Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, and fintech partners for:
2. Application submission
3. Credit checks
4. Disbursement timelines
5. Issue resolution
6. Build strong working relationships with partner operations teams.

4.)Operations & Closure

1. Track each application end-to-end from lead to disbursement.
2. Follow up rigorously to minimize TAT (turnaround time).
3. Ensure timely loan disbursal aligned with student batch onboarding.

5.)Internal Collaboration

Work closely with:

1. Admissions counsellors
2. City teams
3. Central operations
4. Provide real-time updates on loan status and expected closures.

6.)Process Improvement & Reporting

Maintain daily/weekly MIS on:

1. Applications received
2. Sanctions
3. Disbursements
4. Drop-offs
5. Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to improve conversion and TAT.

Skills & Experience:-

1.)Must Have

13 years of experience in:

• Education loans
• NBFC operations
• Banking sales/ops
• Fintech customer success / ops

Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred).

High ownership mindset and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working with students and parents.

2.)Good to Have

Prior experience in:

• EdTech
• Student loan companies (Propelld, Avanse, Credenc, HDFC Credila, InCred, etc.)

Working knowledge of:

• Loan eligibility criteria
• CIBIL basics
• Co-applicant structures
