Key Responsibilities
- Source new Micro Enterprise / MSME loan customers through field visits and local market references.
- Promote products such as Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, Term Loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property) .
- Conduct customer meetings and understand business financial requirements.
- Collect and verify documents as per KYC and credit norms.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and disbursement targets.
- Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.
- Maintain daily activity tracker and MIS reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
