Job Title: Loan IQ Technical Consultant
Experience: 8-14 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
The Loan IQ Consultant will provide technical leadership and support across project deliverables, collaborating closely with Application and Infrastructure teams. The role will be responsible for driving the execution of technical activities throughout the development, testing, and implementation phases, while proactively contributing value across all project obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering a reliable, robust, and sustainable Loan IQ platform by leveraging industry best practices and proven implementations adopted by leading financial institutions.
  • Providing expert technical guidance on system architecture and design for Loan IQ solutions.
  • Offering oversight and coordination to ensure business teams across multiple lines are effectively supported.
  • Partnering with broader Technology teams to maintain a consistent, efficient, and integrated Loan IQ service for downstream systems and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with both business and technical teams to develop and maintain comprehensive technical design and infrastructure documentation.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Loan IQ platform, including Loan IQ SDK development.
  • Strong functional understanding of loan products and syndicated loan processes.
  • Deep expertise in the Finastra Loan IQ data model, architecture, and core components.
  • Proficiency in Loan IQ native APIs, including building Postman payloads for regression testing, data migration, and data enrichment.
  • Experience in Loan IQ installation, configuration, and version upgrades.
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL and experience with messaging systems such as IBM MQ.
  • Experience in data migration initiatives, providing both technical and functional system expertise.
  • Knowledge of EVM scripting (XQ queries) for integration with downstream systems familiarity with DataNet reporting and Data Conversion Tools (DCT) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of cloud-based solutions, along with experience working in CI/CD-enabled environments.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, including the ability to write shell and batch scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, RAD, DSDM, UML) and ability to produce technical documentation with stakeholder approvals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver under pressure across global stakeholders (UK, US, APAC)
