Sales Officer
Education: HSC / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0.6 1 years in sales, preferably in LAP, mortgages, or secured lending
Salary 14,000 to 18000 Take Home+ Incentive
Relationship Manager
Education: HSC / Graduate preferred
Experience: 1 3 years in sales, preferably in LAP, mortgages, or secured lending
Salary 18,000 to 25000 Take Home + Incentive
Key Responsibilities
Source new customers for Loan Against Property through direct sales, Branch partners.
Understand customer requirements and assess financial eligibility.
Guide customers through the documentation and loan application process.
Maintain good relationships with customers & Branch and provide post-sales service.
Achieve monthly sales targets for LAP disbursals.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and risk guidelines.
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of LAP products and underwriting criteria
Ability to manage channel partners and generate business
