Help customers get home loans from the right bank, at the best interest rate, without confusion or stress.
We don't work for banks.

We've already solved the hardest problem in banking sales - consistent inbound leads.
Now, we're building our founding advisory team: people who will grow with the company from Day 1 and eventually lead teams and regions.

You'll Work Directly With the Founder
- You will work closely with the founder, not layers of management, a 3rd-time entrepreneur who built Open Loans & UnicornShift (Australia) & Senior baking professionals.
- You'll see how decisions are actually made, not just how slides are presented.
What you will actually do:
- Receive qualified customer data from the onboarding team
- Analyse income, CIBIL, property, and eligibility
- Speak to multiple banks to assess loan feasibility and terms
- Advise customers on which bank is genuinely best for them
- Handle objections with logic and trust, not pressure
- Coordinate with banks, lawyers, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth sanction and disbursement
- Improve processes and help scale the advisory system
- Eventually guide interns / junior associates
- This is a thinking + persuasion + ownership role, not form-filling.
Whom We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in home loans / LAP / banking sales / credit/ Loan Agencies
- Strong understanding of: Eligibility, Interest rates, CIBIL impact
- Fluent Telugu communication (mandatory)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and bank officials
- Customer-first mindset (long-term trust > short-term closure)
- Willingness to take ownership and grow with the company

Role Structure & Growth
- Fixed Pay: 25,000/month
- Incentives: Linked to successful conversions
- Location: Vijayawada (mandatory for first year)
- Clear growth path after 12–18 months:
- Loan Advisory Manager
- Senior Loan Advisor (Complex / Premium Loans)
- Principal Loan Advisor (HNI / Builder / NRI cases)
- Early performers will grow faster than in traditional banks.
