Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced LN INFOR Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of the LN INFOR ERP system. The role involves working closely with business users to translate requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

Configure LN INFOR modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.) as per business needs.

Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.

Support end-to-end LN INFOR implementation, rollout, and upgrades.

Coordinate data migration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and deployment activities.

Provide user training, post-go-live support, and issue resolution.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process flows.

Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as an LN INFOR Functional Consultant.

Strong knowledge of LN INFOR business processes and module configuration.

Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and UAT.

Good understanding of ERP best practices and business process optimization.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in multi-module LN implementations.

Exposure to integrations, reporting, and enhancements.

Experience working in implementation and support projects.
