An exciting opportunity with a global digital transformation organization to work as a Workday LMS Consultant, supporting enterprise-scale HR systems and delivering impactful solutions across international business units.

Job Description:

Experience: 1+ Years

Job Type: Contract

Location: Pune/ Hyderabad/ Bengaluru(monthly one week work from office)

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

13 years of experience in Workday implementation or support (preferably Learning).

Minimum foundational knowledge of Workday HCM e.g., understanding worker data, organizational structure, and security concepts.

Strong functional understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) processes (e.g., content management, compliance training, learning assignments).

Ability to translate business requirements into functional system configurations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Workday certification in Learning (not mandatory)
