Job Description

Job Title: Employee Learning & LMS Consultant

Location: India

Position Summary

We are seeking an Employee Learning & LMS Consultant to own the administration, coordination, and delivery of internal learning programs at ORO. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless employee onboarding, timely certifications, and effective continuous learning across the organization.

You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate assessments and reporting, and work closely with HR, Academy trainers, product teams, and curriculum designers to deliver structured, role-based onboarding and ongoing learning. You will also ensure training content remains current and aligned with product launches and updates.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Learning & Onboarding

  • Own end-to-end employee onboarding programs, ensuring all required training and certifications are completed as per defined processes
  • Deliver or coordinate internal training sessions in collaboration with Academy trainers
  • Organize and track continuous learning sessions, assessments, and certification rollouts
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align onboarding and learning programs across departments

Product & Training Enablement

  • Develop a strong understanding of ORO's product configurations and independently navigate the platform to train employees effectively
  • Stay updated on product releases and launches to design and deliver relevant internal training sessions
  • Collaborate with product teams and curriculum designers to ensure training content remains accurate and up to date

LMS Administration & Reporting

  • Administer the LMS end to end, including user setup, learning paths, course assignments, assessments, reporting, and certifications
  • Ensure timely updates of content in the LMS by coordinating with curriculum designers, trainers, product teams, and documentation owners
  • Generate reports and provide managers with visibility into employee learning progress and certifications
  • Maintain governance, data accuracy, and a high-quality learner experience within the LMS

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience

  • 46 years of experience in LMS administration, employee learning, or training program operations
  • Experience managing corporate onboarding programs, software certifications, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Docebo, 360Learning, Cornerstone, or similar
  • Experience delivering training on software functionality and configuration

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously
  • Proficiency in LMS administration, learning paths, and SCORM/xAPI standards
  • Solid facilitation skills and the ability to coordinate across trainers, HR, and product teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track adoption, generate reports, and share actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to understand complex systems
