The opportunity:
Ensure reliable LMS operations, data quality and efficient training administration to support global TrafoSchool programs and scalability.
How you'll make an impact:
Create and maintain courses, curricula, events, sessions and catalogs in Cornerstone.
Manage enrollments, assignments, certifications, waitlists and communications. Apply TrafoSchool SOPs for content publishing and readiness.
Maintain metadata standards and execute periodic audits/cleanup. Prepare operational reports and support Power BI dashboards with accurate LMS data.
Serve as first-line support for HETMs, trainers and learners triage and resolve issues. Coordinate with IT/Global LMS teams for escalations and enhancements.
Collaborate on Power Automate workflows identify and remediate recurring issues. Contribute to process simplification and cycle-time reduction.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Multimedia/Graphic Design, Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of LMS administration experience (Cornerstone preferred). Strong attention to detail, process discipline and data accuracy.
Experience with reporting and basic BI concepts. Service orientation and clear communication.
Data governance and accuracy and Operational rigor and SLA discipline.
Problem solving and collaboration and Customer service mindset.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
