Job Description
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an LMS administrator or similar position; experience with Docebo is required
- Experience in the enterprise-wide implementation of a Learning Management System
- Experience working on SCORM.
- Implemented DOCEBO Integration with other LMS tool,
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors
- Customer service skills, responsive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-complex terms
- Work effectively as a team member or independently as appropriate
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines
Roles And Responsibilities
- The Learning Management System Administrator will be responsible for the functional system administration and operational support of Mandiant's Learning Management System (LMS)
- This person will be responsible for This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions
- Works in collaboration with the Certification Program Manager and other key contacts across Education and the enterprise as a whole
- Communicates with both internal and external end users
- Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
- Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems
- Creates and maintains technical procedures and policy documentation
- Collaborates with key stakeholders on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization
- Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives
- Creates and maintains resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned
- Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Docebo LMS
- Monitors upgrades, changes, outages and feature releases for the LMS
- Researches and tests new features prior to release and implementation
- Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings
- Creates user logins as needed and assigns user permissions
- Creates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohorts
- Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.
