Job Title: LMS administrator (DOCEBO)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Description

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an LMS administrator or similar position; experience with Docebo is required
  • Experience in the enterprise-wide implementation of a Learning Management System
  • Experience working on SCORM.
  • Implemented DOCEBO Integration with other LMS tool,
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors
  • Customer service skills, responsive attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-complex terms
  • Work effectively as a team member or independently as appropriate
  • Organize and prioritize multiple projects with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines

Roles And Responsibilities

  • The Learning Management System Administrator will be responsible for the functional system administration and operational support of Mandiant's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • This person will be responsible for This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions
  • Works in collaboration with the Certification Program Manager and other key contacts across Education and the enterprise as a whole
  • Communicates with both internal and external end users
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems
  • Creates and maintains technical procedures and policy documentation
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization
  • Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives
  • Creates and maintains resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned
  • Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Docebo LMS
  • Monitors upgrades, changes, outages and feature releases for the LMS
  • Researches and tests new features prior to release and implementation
  • Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings
  • Creates user logins as needed and assigns user permissions
  • Creates and manages user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohorts
  • Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.
