Job Description
Key responsibilities
LMS & Other L&D Tools Administration & Optimization
- Manage SuccessFactors LMS and related L&D systems (e.g., SharePoint, survey tools, collaboration platforms).
- Configure learning workflows (course scheduling, registration, tracking, certification renewals).
- Oversee compliance training assignments, escalations, and reporting.
- Maintain course catalogs, e-learning libraries, and learning journeys.
- Design, enable and manage automated workflow approvals, enrollment, program assignment, notifications and reminders using SuccessFactors and integrated tools.
- Drive adoption of self-service learning and digital microlearning channels.
- Reduce manual coordination by leveraging SharePoint, Power Automate, and other workflow automation tools.
- Manage eLearning and other L&D tools
- Explore and recommend new AI-driven L&D tools (chatbots, adaptive learning, smart curation).
Data & Reporting
- Generate learning analytics and dashboards to track participation, completion, and impact.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using ad-hoc reporting tools to track learning metrics, compliance, and user activity.
- Partner with Analytics & Insights Specialist to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in L&D data.
- Support integration of LMS with HRIS, collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint), and external learning vendors.
- Evaluate and deploy new L&D technologies (AI-driven content curation, digital adoption tools, etc.).
Support & Governance
- Provide technical support to learners and L&D team members on LMS usage.
- Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and learning governance models.
- Document processes (SOPs) for LMS and its integrated components, and create quick reference guides for users.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate and implement new features or enhancements, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Explore and adapt AI enabled systems for optimization and performance
- Collaborate with LBPs/ Academy leads to align LMS functionalities with learning journeys and pathways.
- Take on additional technology or analytics responsibilities as required.
