The Location Manager will be responsible for driving business performance in the Mahbubnagar location by managing Sales Managers (SMs) and Relationship Officers (ROs). The role focuses on achieving sales targets through effective channel management, including DSA-driven business for SMs and direct business generation for ROs. The incumbent will oversee field operations, team productivity, and customer service quality to ensure strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and support Sales Managers and Relationship Officers to achieve monthly business targets.
  • Monitor daily productivity, field activities, and funnel management of the team.
  • Conduct regular review meetings, performance discussions, and provide coaching as required.

2. Business Development

  • Drive location-level business through effective DSA (Direct Selling Agent) engagement for SMs.
  • Strengthen direct sourcing channels for ROs by enhancing market presence and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships to expand market penetration in Mahbubnagar.

3. Channel Management (DSA)

  • Identify, engage, and nurture active DSAs to ensure consistent business flow.
  • Track DSA performance, compliance, and documentation quality.
  • Ensure DSAs adhere to sourcing norms, documentation standards, and company policies.

4. Direct Business Generation

  • Guide ROs in generating direct leads through field activities, references, and local tie-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC norms, credit guidelines, and sourcing processes.
  • Build strong customer relationships to maintain portfolio health.

5. Process Compliance & Portfolio Quality

  • Ensure adherence to risk, credit, and operational guidelines in the Mahbubnagar location.
  • Monitor key parameters like WIRR, lead quality, documentation accuracy, and portfolio quality.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Collections teams to ensure smooth operations.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activity, market dynamics, and customer trends specific to the Mahbubnagar region.
  • Provide insights and feedback to support strategic planning and decision-making.

7. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee branch discipline, leave planning, and workforce allocation aligned with business requirements.
  • Ensure timely MIS reporting and operational compliance.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • 38 years of experience in sales, preferably in Personal Loans or Retail Assets
  • Prior experience managing DSAs and field sales teams is preferred
