Technical Leadership & Team Management

• Act as an SME for Large Language Models and related AI technologies.
• Lead and manage a team, taking ownership of technical decisions and deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to strategic and technical decisions.
• Evaluate current workflows and implement best practices in model development and deployment.

Model Development & Deployment

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions for enterprise applications.
• Apply advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques in model development.
• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization to meet performance targets.
• Handle large datasets, implementing preprocessing, feature engineering, and data quality measures.
• Leverage cloud-based ML platforms and tools for scalable model deployment.

Problem Solving & Innovation

• Provide solutions for complex technical challenges within the team and across related teams.
• Continuously assess emerging technologies, methodologies, and frameworks for potential adoption.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have: Proficiency in Large Language Models, NLP techniques, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Good-to-Have: Experience with programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
