Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, product owners, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software solutions supporting mortgage processing workflows.
- Ensure all development aligns with industry standards, mortgage domain regulations, and organizational compliance requirements.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, and solution reviews.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed features or modules.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in software development within the mortgage or financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan life cycle, processing systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
