Live Code Programming Instructor Application

This is a remote position.

We are seeking high-energy, camera-confident Live Coding & Electronics Instructors to teach students from Grades 6 to 12 through interactive, live online classes.

This role is not lecture-based. Instructors are expected to teach through demonstration, interaction, guided practice, and real-time student engagement using modern digital teaching tools.

You will deliver coding, electronics, and STEM concepts in a way that is clear, structured, practical, and exciting for school-age learners.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live online classes in Coding, Electronics, STEM, and project-based learning.
  
• Teach students in Grades 612 using IMAV's curriculum and teaching frameworks.
  
• Demonstrate concepts live on screen using coding tools, simulations, and hardware demonstrations.
  
• Engage students through questions, activities, and hands-on exercises.
  
• Track student progress and provide structured feedback.
  
• Maintain class discipline, clarity, and energy in a live video environment.
  
• Follow academic and operational standards set by IMAV Learning Academy.
  

4. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts to school-age learners in a simple and engaging manner.
  
• Prior experience in teaching, coding, electronics, STEM training, or technical mentoring.
  
• Comfort using online teaching tools, coding platforms, and digital whiteboards.
  
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
  

5. Technical & Infrastructure Requirements

• Stable high-speed broadband internet connection.
  
• Working webcam suitable for live teaching.
  
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  
• Power backup (UPS or inverter) for both laptop and internet router.
  

6. Communication & Teaching Requirements

• Must be confident speaking on video.
  
• Must be expressive, energetic, and student-friendly.
  
• Must be able to keep school students engaged in a virtual classroom.
  
• Must be comfortable being recorded for quality and academic review.
  

7. Work Mode

Remote role with live online classes conducted via video conferencing. All teaching is delivered online.

8. Educational Qualification (Compulsory)

• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.E. / B.Sc / M.Sc
  

• Specialization must be in:

  • Computer Science

  • Information Technology

  • Electronics

  • Electronics & Communication

  • Computer Engineering

• Degree must be from a recognized university.

9. Industry Experience (Minimum 3 Years Mandatory)

• At least 3 years of full-time industry experience in software development.

• Experience must include real-world project deployment, not just internships or academic projects.

• Candidates must have worked in a professional company environment.
