Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate, based in Bengaluru, India. The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, managing depositions, and appearing in court proceedings. The role also involves providing effective representation for clients in litigation and arbitration matters.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and a solid understanding of Civil and Commercial Litigation
• Experience in drafting and reviewing Motions and other legal documents
• Proficiency in conducting in-depth legal Research and preparing case strategies
• Skilled in handling Depositions and preparing witnesses
• Familiarity with court procedures and experience in appearing before Courts
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher
• Proven experience in litigation or arbitration is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards in legal practice
