Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior Associate specializing in Indirect Taxes. In this role, you will conduct legal research, prepare case analysis and draft responses for queries related to indirect taxation. You will assist in adjudication and represent clients before departmentsl authorities, Tribunal and the High Court.

Qualified lawyer with 0-2 PQE having s

• trong knowledge and practical skills in Indirect Taxation laws
• Legal research and analytical skills to draft responses, prepare case briefs and analyze case laws
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, responses and communications related to indirect tax matters
• Effective representation and communication skills for supporting client interactions and court appearances
• A proactive approach to work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience in taxation or related legal fields is preferable but not mandatory
