Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Accounting & Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage communication channels for investor queries and feedback.
  • Support the planning and execution of investor events and roadshows.
  • Analyse financial data to craft compelling narratives for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all investor-related communications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relations professional should have:

  • CA or MBA with 15 + Years of total work experience with min. 10 years of experience in Investor Relations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software.
  • A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
